The Love Radiators team are a hard working bunch and we aim to process all orders received in office hours the same day. Those received after 5pm will be processed before we finish our first coffee, the next working day.
Items which are displayed as 'In Stock', typically have an estimated delivery time of between 3-7 working days. Specific delivery dates cannot be given at the point of order although an estimated delivery time is provided as a guide.
For special orders, which includes colour finishes and made to measure sizes, there is an approximate lead time of between 3-8 weeks depending on the manufacturer. More definitive information is indicated on the product page when specifications are selected from the drop down menus.
When orders are ready to be dispatched, you will be contacted either by ourselves or directly by a courier to arrange a delivery date/time. Deliveries are usually Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Couriers will make every effort to deliver goods on time however they cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries which are outside of their control.
It is important to check the condition of items when they are delivered. Whilst every effort is made to package items to ensure they arrive intact, there is always the slight possibility that fragile items may be damaged during the delivery process. Please carefully inspect items for any visible damage or missing items and report this to us on 01282 611172 or via email within 48 hours. We recommend taking photographs of the transport label, the box and any damage which will help us to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
We strongly suggest that you do not schedule or commence installation work until you are in receipt of the goods, have checked they are suitable and do not have any defects or missing parts.
As part of consumer regulations, customers have the right to a 14 day 'cooling off period' during which they are able to change their mind and cancel an order. In these cases, goods can only be returned and refunded if they are:
For this reason it is vitally important that care is taken to unwrap and open goods, should there be a need to return them. If items are not repackaged in a re-saleable condition, a refund cannot be guaranteed.
Free delivery applies to the UK Mainland only. The classification of 'UK Mainland' is at the discretion of the courier/transport company responsible for transportation of goods purchased.
